Casa Carsé is located in the peaceful area of Cerro D´Aguia, in a quiet residential area. It is tastefully furnished with an antique and elegant style, it has beautiful landscaped gardens leading down to the private swimming pool. It enjoys fantastic panoramic sea views across the Algarve coastline.

The property comprises of a large well equipped family kitchen, a large living room with patio doors leading out to the lovely gardens and private pool area, a dining area  that leads off of the living room. There are two double bedrooms, one large bedroom with patio doors and en suite bathroom, one twin bedroom, a separate shower room and WC and also private car parking.

Kitchen – Large kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, cooker with hob, oven, fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, breakfast bar and seating area.

Utility Room - Washing machine, extra fridge and freezer.

Living room - TV, DVD, SkyTV, stereo, fireplace, sofas, large patio doors leading out to the exterior areas.

Dining room - leads off the living room, has dining table and seating for 8 people.

Large Double Bedroom – 1 double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, large patio doors leading to the patio and gardens, ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, WC, bidet and sink.

Double bedroom – 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and wash area (sink).

Twin bedroom - 2 twin beds, bedside table and wardrobe.

Separate shower room – WC, shower and sink.

Separate WC - with WC and sink.

Outdoor area - private parking area, landscaped gardens, barbecue, large south facing patio with sea view, terrace with swimming pool, sun beds, patio table and chairs for 8.

Others – Maid service (once a week), linen and towels included.

Location / Vicinity

Casa Carsé is located between the area of Albufeira and Vale da Parra with only a five minute drive to the nearest beach.

The area of Vale da Parra offers a variety of different beaches, you have Galé, São Rafael, Praia da Coelha, Lourenço, Salgados (where you will also find a coastal golf course).

Many of them have wonderful beach restaurants and snack bars (sea food recommended!) where you can enjoy the sea view and the natural beauty of the various coves and long stretches of sand.

There are a number of great restaurants in Páteo (walking distance from the villa) which is the closest village. Páteo offers a steak house, an Italian restaurant, a typical Portuguese restaurant, and a number of coffee shops - snack bars. Alternatively, you could try the Albufeira Marina which has several trendy bars and restaurants and is only 2 minutes away by car.

"Alisuper" is your nearest supermarket for groceries and toiletries (also located in Páteo), however there is a large shopping centre with a Modelo supermarket in Albufeira 5 - 10 minute drive away.

The Albufeira old town is approximately 5 kms away. This is where you will find an active nightlife for the ones seeking for entertainment, or a shopping paradise for all tastes and pockets in the cobbled pedestrian streets.

Guia, famous small village for it’s chicken piri piri restaurants, is also 5- 10 minutes away from the villa. The Zoomarine theme park (where you can swim with the dolphins) as well as the large Algarve shopping centre, are also located in Guia area.

There is also a variety of water parks nearby (within a 20 kms range), and along the year you will have the chance to come across several festivals, fairs and markets that are worth a visit.

Casa Carsé has fantasic views and is located in a quiet residental area, just outside Albufeira, perfect for those who look for active holidays, golf, fishing, nightlife, shopping, great restaurants, family parks, water sports, culture, history, or just a nice place in the sand to relax and enjoy the sunny days.
