Casa Antiga is a traditional villa that enjoys a truly fabulous location. It overlooks the Albufeira Old Town and fisherman’s beach, which are only separated by 300 metres, new escalators or access ramp.

This lovely villa with pool and air conditioning, is a compact two bedroom restored old cottage, with a typical Algarvian design. It comprises two delightful bedrooms (one double and one twin), one full bathroom, a new kitchen, and a cosy open plan living and dining area with an open fireplace.The centre of Albufeira is only steps away (there are new escalators that take you directly down to the old town), where you can expect to find numerous local and international restaurants, as well as a fantastic nightlife atmosphere.

Casa Antiga enjoys stunning sea views from the pool area and roof terrace. The sun terrace that surrounds the swimming pool is compact and enclosed by a balustraded wall.

This charming popular house is easily reached by the new connecting road that links the Strip / Oura area and the old part of the town, famous for the many colourful fishing boats that bob in the harbour.

Facilities

Open plan lounge dining area, with open fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, sitting for 4 persons, and table and dining suite for 4 persons.

Kitchen: simple kitchen with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, electric kettle and toaster, all basic cooking utensils.

Bedrooms: one double room with double bed; one twin bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Bathroom: full bathroom with sink, bath, toilet and bidet.

Outside: swimming pool, pool shower, patio furniture, roof terrace with sunbeds and sea views.

Other: maid service and towels change mid week; linen change for stays over 7 nights.

Location / Vicinity

This villa is perfect for all ages, but especially for those that don’t want to drive as you can easily reach Albufeira Old Town or Oura beach area within a few minutes walk.

Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops,  and many other amenities, can be found only a few metres way from the villa.

This location is also perfect for those looking for the excellent nightlife of the Strip or Albufeira Old Town. Both areas are only a few minutes away (walking).

Albufeira is a beautiful town bursting with character, full of tiny whitewashed houses with terracota roofs, narrow cobbled streets. Each pedestrian street offers a selection of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, late night boutiques, music bars, etc.

Praia da Oura is more lively, cosmopolitan, family friendly with the gorgeous Oura Beach just down at the foot of a steep hill.

For day time and nightlife you have the bustling streets of Montechoro, Praia Da Oura and Albufeira that are situated only a few minutes away from the villa.

In the neighboring beaches there is a variety of water sports available, as well as enjoyable meals in the existing restaurants and bars.

The shopping centre “Algarve Shopping” is situated in Guia which is approx. 15 minutes away, as well as the famous theme park Zoomarine which is open all year around and not to be missed for families.
