This is a lovely family home and is named Casa Dos Avos after its owners  (Translated into English is “Grandparents House”) located in the quiet residential area of Sesmarias in Vale de Parra.

The property comprises of an open plan living room / dining room with 2 patio doors leading out to the patio and swimming pool area, a well equiped kitchen,  one double bedroom with ensuite shower room (this room also has patio doors leading to the exterior areas). There are two twin bedded rooms, one family  bathroom and also a separate WC.
The two swimming pools (one is ideal for small children) are situated to the rear of the property and surrounded by patio area.
There is a built in barbecue to the rear and steps to a roof top terrace (that has a child gate for safety reasons) with seating and sea view.
To the front of the property you have your own car port and along side there is a grassed and stoned area with shrubs and fruit trees, all giving you the seclusion you want for a family holiday.

Kitchen –  Cooker with hob,  Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Kettle and Toaster.

Living / Dinning room – 2 double sofas and 2 single chairs, Log Burner, TV with SKY Digital, DVD player and Video Player (Owners has provided the villa with a variety of childrens DVDS), CD Player, (CDs available in villa) Dinning table and chairs, 2 large patio doors leading out to the BBQ area, patio and swimming pools.

Double Bedroom – Double bed with fitted wardrobe, doors to Barbecue area en suite bathroom with shower, WC, sink and bidet.

Twin bedrooms – Both bedrooms have 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom – With bath and over head shower, WC, bidet and sink.

Separate WC – with WC and sink

Outdoor area: Private Car Parking, Grass garden area, stoned garden area, Barbecue area, patio with 2 swimming pools (1 for children), roof terrace with sea view.

Others – Linen and Towels included, Maid service 2 – 3 times a week. Villa has an alarm. Safety deposit box which can be used free of charge.

Location / Vicinity

The villa is located in the small area of Sesmarias on the boarder of Vale de Parra and Gale. Just a short walk will take you to Praia Coelha (Rabbit Beach) which is a small coved beach with its own beach bar (sardines recommended!). There are also several other small beaches in the vicinity which can be reached by lovely cliff top walks (for the energetic!).
There is also a mini market and several varied restaurants within easy walking distance.
Just 3 kms will take you into the attractive town of Albufeira which provides an active nightlife for those seeking entertainment. The streets of the old town are narrow and cobbled and contain many shops, bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes and pockets. There is an attractive square which has daily market stalls and where one can sit and relax in the sun and watch the world go by!
